Here is a preview of my new cake stands.
I am only sending this out to a few people, i hope you like some of what you see.
The stands have not been finished but i am trying to keep people happy and create what people want before i do new items for the shop.
Arklow Pottery piece. The bottom plate is arklow pottery and even though the top plate is a close match it is not by the same manufacturer.
Pink Roses - Both plates have pink roses, the top plate's image is very vibrant with a lovely gold edge.
Top plate is carrigaline and i cannot date it.
The bottom plate, date's to the 1930's from what i can read online regarding the marks on the back
Another Arklow pottery theme
This stand has an arklow pottery bottom plate, its arklow so its definitly vintage
the middle plate is modern and i cannot date the top plate
Summer buds - Bottom plate is colclough and vintage, i cannot date the other two.
Carrigaline - Three carrigaline plates in small, medium and large ( photo isnt great sorry )
Mini rose buds on green with gold and white
top plate is green under the gold with rose buds
The buds on the middle plate are very bright
Pattern on the bottom is amazing and very clear
I needed something plain to go with the top plate, as everything else just takes away from it.
